My journey with this website began in October of 2011. It has been such an adventure in so many ways, and an inspiration to see the community that came from sharing my take on herbalism on this little space on the internet.

The Complete Guide to Adaptogens, my herbal recipe book, continues to sell steadily and I love that it is still a useful resource for so many.

I took a break from all things online over the summer. After much reflection, I’ve decided to make this break permanent. I no longer have access to a good space for gardening or growing herbs, or for recipe development. With these changes in my personal life, I’ve also realized that teaching workshops and working with clients no longer appeals to me.

So it’s time for new adventures. I’m not sure where they will take me at this point, but I appreciate all of you who have been with me on the journey this far.

The articles here on the blog will remain active for now, although at some point in the future I may archive them or fully retire the website.

Best and brightest blessings,

Agatha
